    Ceiling Fan
Ceiling fan socket. Only one socket started smoking and burned out the
Bulb. All the other sockets work good and the fan too. Just that one socket.
Should I replace the whole ceiling fan. Sounds like a short?

    Pastor,

Given the age of the equipment at your facility and the fact that nothing has been inspected over the past several years that we have been corresponding, I would just replace the fan.

Honestly, the cost of a ceiling fan really points to just replacing it with a new unit.
