    I need help
    Ello my name is Paige I have asthma but I don't have a inhaler I did at one point but not anymore anyway for the last couple of months my heart has been racing saying I went to urgent care about this and.my heart rate was 140 I thought my mom had heart problems so they didn't think anything of it then I asked her abd she said no but now it still does I am short of breathe all the time and now.it feels like someone is.sitting on my chest what can I do?

    Sounds like you need to get an inhaler to help with your asthma.

    I had one but the heart racing was just worse

    Inhalers make a heart race.

    You definitely should, especially because you have a medical health issue like asthma. It needs to be monitored, and controlled. That requires regular doctors visits to monitor how you're doing.
