I always have a headache help!
I always seem to have a headache and I am not sure why. Could it be a vitamin deficiency? Could it be something more serious? What do you guys think?

Do you need glasses or a new prescription for them?

Is there a certain time of day when a headache comes on or during/after a certain activity (reading, watching TV, computer use)?

It really is pretty much when I wake up until night then it goes away. But I feel like I should not always be getting them as often as I do...

You don't think it is a vitamin deficiency? I am really trying to avoid the doctor.

Don't practice self medication. Headaches or long duration tell you there are underlying issues, sometimes serious causes like an aneurysm or brain tumor. Why no doctor?

Doubt a vitiman issue.. while it may be diet related and dealing more with chemical imbalances. What is your diet, are you eating properly? What is your sleeping habits, do you have sleeping problems.. what position do you sleep in?

But yes, it can be something serious, without an exam, you will not know what it is.
