    Felony d.w.I 1st offense
    I have 5 yrs probation. I violated probation by having a drink in my home and my po came by. This is my first violation what will happen

    Be glad you got probation... a lot of states give you one year in jail on the first offense, manditory

    What happens is completely up to them... they can violate you and send you to jail if that was the alternative to probation if they so decide. You have to wait and see at this point.
