    Water isn't coming through the hand held shower
    Hand held shower in bathtub doesn't have water coming through it when I turn on the shower faucet.. . other 2 faucets for tub are fine.
    Appreciate your info on this.

    Tell me more. Is this hand held connected to the shower arm in place of a shower head or is it a separate unit? When you turn on the shower you get no water at all, is that correct? Back to you, Tom

    Nancy,

    Unscrew the handle from the hose. It should be hand-tight only. Run water to see if water flows through the hose. Let me know what happened.

I am installing onto a fiberglass shower a rain fall shower system that has a separate hand-held shower head. The two options to install are using a suction bracket or using the bracket with a screw. Can I drill into the fiberglass to use an anchor and screw? Thanks very much. Cheryl
