    My ears started ringing loudly my left eye had black spots. And my hearing was garble
    My ears started ringing. My left eye had black spots in vision my hearing was garbled. Lasted about 20 min

    And after you rushed to the ER and saw the doctor, what did they say.

    These are very serious signs, if you did not see doctor, you make serous error in judgement

    This could be nothing serious, like a migraine, but could be very serious like a stroke or seizure. Go to a doctor.
