    Water pressure Surging and Dropping
I replaced my water heater, expansion tank and pressure reducing valve, but my water pressure surges and goes from 80psi down to 5psi when I run the shower or major appliance. Any suggestions?

Defective or clogged PRV is about all I can come up with without seeing all your pipes. Check the PRV strainer (if accessible) or replace the PRV as a last resort (return as defective).
