    Minimum conductor size for commercial cooking appliance
    A 240 volt, single-phase, 21.85 kw commercial cooking appliance is to be supplied by TW copper branch circuit conductors. What is the minimum size of this conductor permitted?

    Get a copy of the NEC and start looking up the answers. Everything, or at least 2/3, are in the code book.
