Man Handler? Air Handler perhaps? It's a TRANE. Most common reasons for freeze up is insufficient airflow across the A coil and /or low Freon. Is the Air handler running but not blowing or not running at all? Could just be dirty filters or a start capacitor. You will need to do some checking.
