    Control of disability money for children
    Can my ex wife control any money my child would get through my disability

    How old is the child? Does your ex have custody?

    The money will be controlled by the parent who has custody, or guardianship..

    So if your ex has custody of the children, the money paid to them, would be controlled by them.
