    Early felony probation possible ?
Hi I live in Dearborn county Indiana, was wondering if early felony probation is possible? I have until July 21 2014.. not long but would like NOW... what would I have to do.. im on non reporting, no drug or alcohol played a part.. just angry politicians.. they saw a loop hole to get me out and it was accomplished ! I got 3 yrs probation. Then in oct. my po said, pay all your fine, do half your time.. then non reporting, so I did that. Then when I called she said, oh you're a felon you can't do that. So I said oh no, ask my first po.. (head of dept) so she said, OK give me until Friday, tues at lasts and I see no reason why you can't be non reporting if he said that to you. I said OK. So she never called me back, I called her repeatedly several times per day leaving messages and asking, am I on non reporting, I don't have an appt. if I'm not? She never called me back after two weeks of me trying to get ahold of her.. so I never went in or called her back after that. So with that being said.. what do you think ? I'm hoping I don't go in there and she says, where have you been.. but she never gave me an appt. she did say, if anything I could go every three months.. I said gee that doesn't seem fair, she said, well it would only be jan. April then off in July.. I said I still don't like it, she said, OK I'll call you back. That's the last I heard
    Thank every one.
Ps/ didn't steal a penny, books were perfect, but I some how violated an Indiana rule.
Pss/ I need answer of your thoughts asap.. lol... thanks again.. and my po is a very very nice young lady.

So instead of callign and not talking... did you at any point give thought to showing up at their office and trying to get an answer either way like that?

Not calling (yes YOU said you called, but could you prove you actually did if you never spoke to them if they say you didn't?) or not showing up puts it all upon you.

Meaning... if it come down to their word against yours... guess who they will side with.

At least get them to make a notation in writing that you were there and tried... to cover your own butt.
