Can't remember horror movie title
I saw this movie in the mid to later 90's. It started with this nerdy boy who was friends with a girl and her friends teased him and they all went to a well and he ended up falling in after they were teasing him saying he was afraid to walk around it . Then it goes to him in a hospital older and he wakes up and kills the nurse with needles I believe and starts killing the kids who teased him. One got tied down and sawed in half, I remember an ear getting cut off and left on the porch, he hid under one of their beds and grabbed his legs and killed him. And at the end he's chasing the girl I believe and she finds a cop, then the police shoot him but he doesn't die easily but then he dies after getting shot a lot. Do you know what movie that is?
