    White sewing machine and Husqvarna
    Here's the reply I got to my inquiry:
    "Thank you for contacting Husqvarna Viking. If your White treadle has a
    round bobbin case, it was manufactured June 18, 1911 in Cleveland, OH. If
    your White machine has a bullet shaped bobbin case, it was manufactured
    January 17, 1889 in Cleveland, OH"
    I had sent the serial number, and this is the (ludicrous) answer.
    The number is 872468. Can anyone match it with a date or period?
