    Headache
    I am a 46 year old female. I am scheduled to have a heart monitor attached next week due to left chest tightening and palpitations. Yesterday I felt the chest tightening then instantly got the worst headache I've ever experienced. About an hour later I vomited with extreme force. Today, the headache is still here, but not as badly, I'm still experiencing nausea and photosensitivity, feel weak and have a difficult time keeping my balance. What should I do?

    Get someone to take you to a urgent care clinic or a ER. It could be nothing or it could be something dangerous. Do you want to take that chance?
