    Help...
I'm 17 & I have a regular period every month. This month I'm 10 days late & I haven't had any signs of starting my period but I've been sick to my stomach for about 8 days straight.. Could I be pregnant?

If you're sexually active, yes, you could be pregnant, even if protection was used.

Time to try a pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the directions exactly. If it's negative, wait for your next period. If you miss it, test again or get a blood test done.

I have been sexually active, & I took one test about a week ago I guess & it was negative. So I was going to wait till the end of the month & if I still haven't started I was going to take the other one. Is that a good idea?

Yes, that's a good idea. Make sure to test with first morning urine, your first pee of the day. That pee is more concentrated, and will have more of the hcg hormone in it, if you are in fact pregnant. HCG is only produced during pregnancy.

Make sure to follow the directions exactly. A negative won't mean you're not pregnant. If you miss the next period, test again, or get a blood test done. Many women don't get a positive until well into their second trimester.

    Good luck.
