My inner lips started itching really badly out of the blue yesterday and early this morning. When I got up this morning I washed with hot water and applied baby powder all over and didn't wear underwear for a few hours and was fine until recently I went to the restroom and irritated it when I wiped. I accidentally scratched directly and it started to bleed a little. I washed with hot water again and tried examining myself. I found that I may have a little flesh colored bump at the top of my vaginal opening. I'm 17 and the only sexual activity I've experienced was oral a little over a week ago. Please help, do you know what this is and what I can do about it?

Have you been noticing any strange discharge?

I would talk to your doctor about this. My first thought is maybe a yeast infection but I can't be sure.
