    w8ben form for indian company
    Hi there,

    We are an indian company affiliate to a us company. They want us to submit w8ben form so that they would not withheld money in the name of tax. Just wondering which form I need to file.

    Form W-8BEN is probably the correct form, unless you are a corporation or a partnership.
