    No one online can possibly answer this. You need to consult a fertility specialist, and to be examined for such things as the hardening of your cervix, etc. IVF (in-vitro fertilization) is something to ask the doctor about. We know nothing about your age, health, and history. Another option is insemination of a surrogate mother with his sperm.

    This will be expensive and there are no guarantees. Some couples spend many thousands of dollars with no results, depending on what procedure you try.
