    What does it mean when your period lasts a month?
    I am 26 yrs old had a baby 5 mo. Ago. I do not take any meds or anything. I have no medical problems besides Mitral Vavle Prolapse. I've always had irregular periods but I have been bleeding for a month and don't know why. At first it was dark and brown and now it's heavy and bright red. What does this mean?

    It means its past time to make an appointment with your Gynecologist or doctor.
