    If your insurance doesn't pay it... you have to... you signed papers agreeing to it before the procedure.

    Good luck trying... you don't stand much of a chance of winning.

    They will just turn you out to a collection agency after a couple months who will probibly drag you to court...since they will own your debt...in its entirety.
