Few days ago my air conditioner has ended its life because it does not cool anymore.

It's a very hot summer now and I didn't have done sufficient research before I went out and buy an air-conditioner.

A lot of comments stated that most brands are similar, even the one from China.

Then after comparing models for half a day , I finally bought one which is Hitachi, from Japan, of course resembled in China or Malaysia something

However, I was so bad luck that after full payment and went back home and I finally realize from youtube videos and lots of comments about this model. They say it is a very terrible air-conditionar with extreme loud noise. They can't sleep with those noise.......and they are not cool.... A lot of people claimed they had complained to the Police or Customs, and Consumer Council something.... Their reactions are strong and I don't think they have the reasons to lie.

The air-conditioner has still not yet arrived and will be shipped a few days later. I am really of extreme worries and I'm very depressed now because it's not cheap.

There is also some positive comments about this model but only 1 out of 10 bad and strong comments.


I would like to know if Hitachi airconditioner is really that bad?

Now, the air conditonar has not yet arrived and they theoretically do not accept changing other models after payment. But I could "try" to use "improper" method.
That could cost a lot of energy but no guarantee that's successful.

I don't know if Hitachi is really that bad as people say

I am really extremely worried now
