    Partnership agreement
    I own property in NC and considering a partnership agreement with 2 others to rent the property. We would use an outside agent to handle advertising, rents, maintenance (cleaning etc)[HTML]. We are all residents of VA.

    Are the any samples to follow?

    Huh? Are you asking for a sample partnership agreement?

    Why do you imagine you need partners? If you own the property, what will your partners be contributing to the deal?

    You would be well advised to consult with an attorney in North Carolina.
