I have to ask... why did you not discuss these with the person who took them, at the time they took them?

No one here is knowledgeable enough to be able to interpret those. No one here is reckless enough to try to. The two things that are obvious are:
1). You were ordered for a ECG/EKG. This means that a doctor thought you might be having heart problems for one reason or another. This is usually a bad thing.
2). You are not at the hospital/clinic where you took the ECG/EKG. This means that you didn't need immediate treatment for a heart problem. You should have had the result explained to you during or after the test. Your doctor should have either told you that they're concerned and need to do something or that everything is normal and they need to look elsewhere for the problem.

If you weren't consulted with the results I would recommend that you make an appointment with the doctor that ordered the test and get him to explain the results to you.

Not sure what we can offer would clear up your question. BPM-heart rate. MS-milliseconds timing of the nodes. Talk to your heart doctor please..

I administer ECGs to students all the time and have no clue what your results mean. Precisely why we do not give results to the patients, they must be read by a doctor. All I can say is your pulse is slow.
