What do I file for an income deduction order for child support in Georgia
I just finalized my divorce and they ordered my ex to pay child support. He says he won't pay it so I need to file for an Income deduction order. Do I just file the order, then they set a court date? Do I file the order then have to serve my ex, then go to court? What forms do I need to file with the court?

The state should be helping with collections and they will file the needed paperwork for you. Contact your local DA's office.

Lots of work and again, collection is still not quick and/or painless.

Wage garnishment is really the ideal way, assuming he had a job...
