    Back pain
I have degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis. Recently, every time I lay down on my back, my hands have been feeling like pins and needles. Is this something I should worry about?

There might be something going on in your cervical (neck) vertebrae. It could be as simple as the pillow position or the way you angle your head and neck when lying down. These can all cause numbness and/or tingling in arms and hands. Check in with your doctor or a well-respected chiropractor.
