    Help cant read an artist name on oil painting
    I have a large oil painting on canvas beautiful, of an old sea captain with his ship in the background, the signature is there but can't read who it is can someone help? I have researched this for over one year, and finally thought about asking for help. I can send a picture if need be. Thank you
