hello guys after a very long time doing a job as a security and random hours day and nights ,I am thinking to opening my own business but don't know how ?
I haven't got any idea about how to start as a cleaning contract company.If you guys have any suggestion and ideas please let me know your help would be very much appreciated thank you very much.

Work for one for a while... until you do... you won't have any clue what's expected, how long it takes, what to bid, how much to bid.

This a VERY competitive field... bid too low and you lose money and go out of business... bit too high someone else gets the works and you go out of busienss.

Same with how much to pay your people... too little and your best people leave for the competition, pay too high and you have no profit and endup out of business.

Odds are you won't be the only game in town wherever you set up shop. And you will be competeing with those who already have this sorted out.

People come here all the time asking how to start a business and honestly, it's just not that simple. We can't sit here and tell you how to start one up and boom, there you go. It takes lots of research, knowledge, money, insurance, licenses, and luck....your best bet at this point is to go to your local SBA office and get some information from them.
