    Stand alone restitution repayment.
    I was convicted of theft over 5000. I got six months house arrest and one year probation, my probation officer said if I cannot pay the stand alone that it would stay forever I cannot pay the 50000. Dollars as I already paid 40000. The equity in my house, I am unemployed, in a proposal, and woring on separation, I have a lien on house for 10000.00 in legal aid I have no money to pay his lawyer had me meet to be examined I cannot pay lawyer so I went myself. He wants my drivers licence, sin, card, passport, unemployment PIN bank account numbers proposal details and we refinanced one year before the sentence and he wants to know why so much . There is no equity I have no money but debts and I have to support my kids. My husband just got back to work but like I said with everything that has gone down we are separated but live in same house due to finacnes and I was on house arrest. What are my rights and can he do to me this is civil now can he put me in jail for not paying?
