HVAC downstairs not cooling
I will set my downstairs thermostat to 70 and it will not go below 73/74. I replaced the return filter last night, with the same brand, that's when it started. We already had to replace the compressor last summer and the unit is only 4 years old! Any ideas would be helpful.

All other sinks (kitchen/half bath sink) get VERY hot and stay hot. Master bath shower has to be all the way on hot and then is still not that hot and seems to cool off quickly. Fixture is a single turn handle type.
