Really old anime movie maybe 1990's or early 2000's
So I remember this anime movie I would always get at the library when I was a kid. It could be a cartoon but I think it was an anime movie. Anyway what I can only remember of this movie was a boy and his dog, the boy got warped I believe down to a small size or into a different dimension. Kind of like The Cats Return anime movie. I remember that this movie had some like evil rats and there was a key that was really important for the boy to get to help the other people or animals in the movie. I'm still really confused on what went on but I really want to see this movie again. HELP!
