    Ac capacitor
Ac return quit drawing air cuaseing ice up. Replaced fan capacitor now fan spins up but return still doesn't draw air. Put camera in/around duct couldn't find blockage or potencial leak. Recently fix section of flooring and put expanding foam around a supply duct but don't think its related just the last thing I did before ac stopped working.

Icing up indicates either poor air flow or low freon causing the pump to run far too long and not cycle.

THat requires a license to buy the refridgerant, and the proper tools and knowhow to put just the right amount in.

Your evaporator could also be clogged with dust and dirt if you did not run a filter and change it regularly as well. THat takes the right cleaners and know how to clear out if thats at fault.

Every indication is you find the money or do without A/C until you can.
