The next thing I remember I waking up on the hallway floor. Today I am a little stiff and tired but feel fine beside a slight headache. I do not drink, use drugs or am on any meds. I am 54 y/o and am in good health, I am a light smoker

Time to make an appointment with your doctor. THese are not things your average person experiences. You need to find out what's wrong. Tests will need to be done.

I agree with Smoothy, when was the last time you had a physical, and blood work done at your doctor?

Famous last words are always 'I am middle aged, in excellent health and on no meds... ' and there is no such thing as a 'light smoker'.
