    Painting the inside of a microwave oven
    Is it safe to used a microwave if some of the paint has rubbed off inside the oven

    No, definitely NO. When a microwave is that bad a shape it gets trashed and buy a new one. Some paints are metal based and metal can definitely NOT go in a microwave.
