    Non-Standard Sink Sprayer Head
I am trying to replace the sink sprayer in my kitchen. I bought one of the "universal" sink sprayer heads from the local store. This didn't work, because my sink sprayer head has a male adapter, but the universal one had a female adapter. I went to a Home Depot, and they said they only carried the male adapter ones. I can't find the manufacturer's name on the sink anywhere to call them for help. Any help?

So if you use the "universal" sink spray you end up trying to connect two FEMALE connections (sink spray connection to faucet connection), right?

I'm not sure if they sell a threaded brass or plastic nipple (pipe) in that size, but if they do you could span the connection with a CLOSE nipple (shortest nipple). Would you like me to check into this more?
