Water coming out of top of well around cap
    Hi

We have a 38 ft well in Michigan (high water table area) and are now experiencing water coming out the top around the cap. We did just have a record snowy winter. I am also noticing pressure issues in the home that were not present a month ago. Can only run one water source (ie shower, washer, dishwasher) at a time. The well is only 12 years old. Any ideas?
