I'm 23 and got implanon removed just over 2 weeks ago. 2 days after I was bleeding quite heavily for 4 days and ever since my partner and I have been trying to conceive. 3 days ago I had to go to hospital for severe right abdominal pains which I thought maybe it was me ovulating as my mother has same effects when she ovulates as well. They took my blood and tests didn't reveal anything wrong with me and the pain went after a day. They also tested to see if I was pregnant and came back negative. If we were trying this whole time the blood test would have came back pos by now from the 7th till now?

Please note that it takes many healthy couples up to a year or more of actively trying before conception happens.

You have only had your contraception removed about 2 weeks ago. That would be too early to become pregnant since the kind you used would still be in your system.
