Immigration law for Indonesians moving to uk
I am a native English man and plan on bringing my Indonesian partner to the UK with a marriage visitor visa which lasts only 6 months. I want to know once married could we then apply for her to remain in the UK with family visa? The UK border site is confusing on this matter as it says you can't switch the marriage visitor visa but then it also shows that we would be eligible to apply for the "remain in the UK with family" once she is here and we are married?
