    I feel hungry, but I have no appetite?
    I just joined and I thought it would be better to ask here then on Yahoo answers where people don't answer well...

    So today I didn't eat at all, until later in the day at 7pm I decided to eat something because I felt so hungry that I felt sick. Now I have the constant feeling of being hungry, but no matter what I do I cannot eat or I just feel sick or get sick.
    Don't know if this relates, but I am having some heartburn problems today too.
    I am 20 years old, female. Not pregnant nor no sexual activity. The day before yesterday I did get sick at my stomach, but I think it was heat related.
    So anyone got any ideas?

    It may well be, that you are not eating small but balanced meals. If we go without food for a longer time, we will often get indigestion when we eat.

    Also, what we eat is important.

    You need to eat 3 or 4 small meals each day, and if you have indigestion, keep them more bland.
