How to fix safety so it will disengage blades
I purchased a used Encore 36" belt drive walk behind mower - I just replaced the upper "operator presensce control handes so the blades would disengage when unattended - however the blades still do not disengage when handles are released - any ideas?? Could it be the switch?? Any other possibilities besides the switch?? Thanks for any help!!
