    MapleChase thermostats
    LO BAT

    Maple Chase Item 09620. Replaced batteries but display reads "lo bat"? I'm certain the batteries are good. What to do?

    Make sure you are using good quality batteries such as Duracell or Energizer. Often store brand batteries will cause trouble. Try cleaning the battery contacts in the stat with a pencil eraser. If all else fails, you may need to replace the stat.
