    2013 tax
    I get paid from the state of ILL for babysitting in my home (non license) and am listed as a non member, I'm curious if would I need to file form 8919 being they did not take any Medicare or ss taxes out

    No, you will file Schedule C and SE, because you are considered to be an independent contractor and thus running your own business out of your home.
