I allowed a friend of mine to stay with me and my husband in our home that we own rent free and no lease required until he got back on his feet. It's been 6 months and he still hasn't found a place to rent nor is he really actively looking. I need some help with this serious matter as to wheather or not I can just ask him to leave immediately or if I have to go and file eviction papers through Maryland court.
