Cold water pressure in just a few spigots
I live in a 1986 mobile home. I have good hot water pressure in all the sinks and showers. I have good cold water pressure in the master bedroom sink and shower but very little pressure in the kitchen sink, washing machine and 2nd bathroom sink and shower. The problem has been getting worse for a few months and now there is almost no pressure. The master bedroom spigots as well as the outside spigots are just fine. I looked underneath the trailer and found no kinks in the 1/2 inch grey pvc that is visible without cutting the liner. I tried swapping valves between the good sink and one of the bad sinks and no change. I don't know if it matters but the good sink and shower don't get used as often as the bad sink and shower. Should I cut the under liner to expose the rest of the pipes and look for kinks or is it a sediment build up problem. A friend suggested blowing out the lines but I didn't know exactly what he meant.

When you had the valves off did you flush out the lines to clear out any crud that may have built up in there? If not go back and do it. Let me know what you find. Good luck, Tom

Yes, while I had the valves off I turned on the water and nothing came out(except a trickle of water). Afterwards I went underneath the trailer and found a "t" junction in the line. I unscrewed the junction and a whole bunch of what looked like shell fragments poured out.I live in Florida so that kind of made sense. The water worked pretty darn good after that but in just a few hours you can see the pressure dropping again. It's a whole lot better than it was but I think I can do more. Maybe just repeat what I did before and hope for the best. I can't find anymore 90 degree turns or junctions in the line and I just hope that was the only spot clogging up. Now I am wondering how to clean out the whole line I assume there is nothing I can do about the sediment building up, I guess I will have to just deal with it every few months. Its funny that I never had these problems when I was a renter.

My house, built in 2002, has well & septic. No water is coming out of the 2 outdoor spigots (the last time I used them was October) and I did not shut off the water. Could the well water clog the pipes, or could someone shut off the water from the outside?
