    Conceiving
    Hi there
    We r planning a baby but my concern is after my husband discharge I do make myself relax and have discharge will this affect our planning

    Hello Bnuqaili,

    This will not effect your planning... what you are doing is just fine. Whether you discharge or not, will not effect your becoming pregnant. Keep in mind that it can take many months of trying. Some couples will become pregnant in just a few months, others will find that it may take a year or so.

    There are a few ways that you can try to determine when you might be most likely to be close to ovulation (the only time each cycle that you can become pregnant). You may notice that your cervical mucus becomes more fluid and clear, for example. You can also try tracking your BBT (basal body temperature). Some women will use ovulation predictor test kits. If you can have sex regularly throughout your cycle, odds are pregnancy will be achieved before too long.

    Also, be sure that you and your husband are doing all that you can to be in good health yourselves as you are trying to become pregnant.
