    Tax filing
    I am a wife of a diplomat agent and I work for the government of America in a group home in Maryland, am I eligible to file for tax as I've received my tax form

    Assuming you are authorized to work, then, yes, you will file as a non-resident alien, filing Form 1040NR plus whatever state tax return applies.

    Yes, you need to file your tax return (Form 1040NR).
