    How do I delete ISP?
I bought a laptop from a friend of mine who already had his internet service provider uploaded on the computer. When I travel outside the country, the laptop doesn't allow me to use any wifi. How do I delete the ISP from the computer so I can use WIFI anytime I'm on the road?

What operating system are you using? Not just Windows or Mac, but Windows XP, WIndows Vista, Windows 7, WIndows 8, etc...

Do you have a touch screen? If so, swipe from the right side of the screen and select Settings. At the bottom of the screen are six icons. Select the one in the upper left to search for available networks to connect to. If you don't have touch, move your mouse into the right corners of the screen to get the "Charms" menu.

Or you can switch to the desktop and the network connectivity icon will be on the right side of the taskbar.
