I have a small hard bump over my pelvic area above the penis and below the lower ab and has grown in size over night. It hurts and the actual small bump is slightly darker than the skin. What should I do? Should I be worried?

There's no way to guess online. Since it has grown and hurts, of course you go to a clinic or family doctor. ER if something further happens.
Lymph node, hernia, simple harmless cyst from something like an ingrown hair, who knows.
