My mother leave me when I am 2 years old in her friend and said that she'll be back after a month to get me.. but until now that I am already 24 years old.. She never get back to get me.. I don't finish my schooling.. I only reach grade 4 because the friend of my mother said that they get angry because my mother is a liar and I not their child.. I work early at the age of 12 because no one take care of me.. I experience not to eat in one whole day because I don't have money.. and now that I am in a legal age I try to find my mother and my father and I found them.. my mother has her own family and neglect me.. and also my father have own family with stable business but neglect me too.. Can I still file a case to my parents of abandoning me when I am 2 years old?? Hope for your response thank you.

Not in America, in America, you never had a case, the people who raise you, would have had a case, for support.

Not sure why you looked them up, if they never came for you.

The person who refused to care for you, may have some criminal charges, for neglect, perhaps, if they did not take care of your education and needs.
