Could I be pregnant? Or am I just sick?
I had unprotected sex the 12th, 13th, and 15th. I ovulated the 16th, and my period is due on the 30th. For the past for days I've been experiencing brown discharge, what could this mean?

Curious how you know exactly that you ovulated on the 16th... because its extremely difficult to pinpoint and because women are very inconsistent as to when in their cycle that actually happens and there are no obvious symptoms when you do.

Outside of that... until you are 2 weels late for your period... its a waste of time even testing.

You had sex... therefor its possible... but its way too early to know or test. YOu have about 3 more weeks before it would be time to test... and that's only IF your period doesn't come before then.

Well it's most likely when I ovulated, I have an app that tells me. Is there anything else it could be? It's been four days and my lower back and lower abdomen feel pinched or pressurized. The only three search results I keep getting are early pregnancy and a bacterial infection, but I have no itching.

That app is worthless... An app can't know when every woman ovulates... and a very large percentage of women ovulate at different times of their cycle.

THere are only two ways of knowing. #1 is keeping a basal temperature chart... #2 is medical testing to determin when the hormone spike occurs.

It could as CurlyBen said.. be PMS symptoms... women may only rarely get them or some get them regularly... you may fall into the rarely crowd.

Most so called symptoms are anything but for the first three months most of the time.

You've probibly had a yeast infection before... if you've had a few you know they don't always itch early into them... bacterial infactions usually have a foul smelling discharge.

You might simply have abdominal gas from something you ate... or a combination of things you ate. You really have to wait to take a HPT anyway... and if it was something you ate, those were they should pass in a day or so.

On the possible yeat or bacterial infection....if its either..in a few more days you will likely notice it getting worse..then you have an answer....Yeat infections have OTC treatments...bacterial I believe requires a visit to the OB/GYN. as antibiotics are prescription medications.

All your symptoms could be from good sex for 3 days in a row. Maybe you over did it in the throes of passion. Hope you don't pay extra for an ovulation app. Unprotected sex is a good way to get pregnant, and maybe you are, but can't tell that yet. Heck you can get pregnant with protection.

You just have to wait and see, but diagnosing symptoms on the net can drive you crazy.

    Hi Mishyjaylligui,

Along with what has already been suggested as possibilities, it could be left from ovulation or just a midcycle change in hormones. See what happens when your period is due.
