My boyfriend saw a little blood & what he thinks was puss in his urine coming out when he peed (Only one time). What does that mean? Earlier this week one side of his balls was soar & very delicate to touch. The pain was a 3 from a scale 1 to 10, 10 meaning worst pain ever. Can you help us

We all have red blood cells, and white blood cells in our urine every day, this is what our kidneys are for, they filter our blood and other liquids to make sure we stay healthy. However, these are minuscule amounts and cannot be seen with the naked eye but detected in blood work, and are normal happenings.

I think your b/f has read something on Google, heard something, or whatever, but he could not have seen 'puss' in his urine,but if he does have pain as bad as you say, then he must be checked out by his doctor.
